Our Services

Prioritize your well-being by scheduling an in- home appointment with Integrated Pelvis today. Our dedicated professionals are here to provide the highest standard of care, tailored to your unique health needs.

Initial Evaluation

A thorough examination of the pelvis and adjacent areas, which encompasses posture, muscle tone, muscle strength, muscle endurance, palpation, sensation, and reflexes. The initial evaluation involves a comprehensive subjective history, allowing the practitioner to understand your condition in detail, followed by an objective assessment using measurements like strength and range of motion. This process helps in forming an accurate physical therapy diagnosis and tailoring an effective treatment plan.

Follow- Up Session

A licensed pelvic floor physical therapist will create a customized treatment plan and exercise program based on your symptoms and goals, following a comprehensive evaluation. Treatment may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, manual biofeedback, pelvic floor muscle performance, neuromuscular re-education, pain management, patient education, and techniques to alleviate urinary and bowel symptoms, among other approaches.

6 / 12 Session Package

This package includes one Initial Evaluation and five or eleven Follow-Up Treatment Sessions, all offered at a discounted rate. Based on the results of your individual examination, your therapist will recommend a number of treatment sessions.
